The BLS was designed for those who want to develop
and sharpen their leadership and interpersonal skills
for ministry.  This hands on staff training school is
accredited with the University of the Nations.

Small Group: leadership skills
Practical
Conflict Resolution
Communication, Leadership Aptitude
Prayer & Intercession in Missions
Urban Missions

Plus you will attend all the courses offered in the DTS while only paying staff fees.

During the course each participant will have practical experience in giving hands on leadership or co-leadership in some facet of the DTS. This hands on experience will include leadership responsibilities during the school and on one or more of the upcoming outreaches. Upon completion of this course a 6 month apprentice program will be offered and is strongly recommended.
